How do I register for the conference?

How does our district pay by purchase order?

How do I receive Ashland University graduate credit for attending the conference?
Participants choosing the four-day option may purchase two semester hours of Ashland University credit for $498. Participants choosing a two-day option may purchase one semester hour of Ashland University credit for $249.
More information about Ashland University's requirements for graduate credit during the ILE conference will be provided soon.
How do I receive teacher stipends?
Teachers are eligible to receive one or two daily stipends of $110 per day ($220 maximum). Teachers who wish to receive a stipend must still pay registration fee. Stipends are awarded from the Ohio Department of Education after the conference to teachers registered in advance, employed in an Ohio school and in full attendance each conference day (daily sign-in required).
Stipends are limited to 400 requests per day. If requests exceed allotment, Race to the Top district teachers will be granted priority. Upon registration, participants will be guided through a survey to begin qualification for the stipend.
Priority registration status for Race to the Top districts will expire on June 30, 2012.
After June 30, registration for stipends will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
I will be visiting Central Ohio for the conference. Where can I find information on lodging, restaurants and local attractions in Hilliard?
The Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome conference attendees to Hilliard. Please visit the Chamber's website for information on lodging, restaurants and entertainment options in this vibrant Central Ohio community.
We have also compiled a list of accommodations options for accommodations in the Hilliard area.
Can I register in advance for the daily breakout sessions?
Breakout sessions are first-come, first-serve. Past experience with ticketed sessions has provided inconsistent numbers, as we know it is normal for people to change their mind after obtaining their tickets. We appreciate our participants' cooperation and understanding in moving to another breakout option if the room is full upon arrival.
Will food be served at the conference?
Yes! We will be serving continental breakfast daily from 7:30-8 a.m.; snacks will be served daily from 9:45-10 a.m. and 1:45-2 p.m.; and daily lunch will be provided from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Daily dining is included with your paid registration to the ILE conference.

Where should we park?
Plenty of free parking is available in the Hilliard Bradley High School parking lot.
What if I have a question during the conference?
Conference volunteers will be available at the registration tables and daily updates can be found on video monitors and screens throughout Hilliard Bradley High School.
Will presentation handouts be provided at the ILE conference?
The Innovative Learning Environments Conference has provided links to presenter materials here. Please feel free to download all relevant materials and bring your laptop or tablet to the conference to access them electronically. All conference attendees will also receive a thumb drive to download additional conference materials, and free wireless internet service will be provided for all attendees and presenters.
Will I be able to access the internet during the conference?
Yes. Free wireless internet service will be provided for all conference attendees and presenters throughout the duration of the conference.
I attended the conference. How do I print out my certificate of completion?
Certificates will be available to print by Tuesday, August 7, 2012.
I paid for my registration but am unable to attend the conference. What is your refund policy?
Conference refunds will be issued if registration is dropped by the end of the day Friday, July 20, 2012.
