How do I receive teacher stipends?
Teachers may qualify for up to two stipend days, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I register in advance for the daily breakout sessions?
Breakout sessions are first-come, first-serve. Past experience with ticketed sessions has provided inconsistent numbers, as we know it is normal for people to change their mind after obtaining their tickets. We appreciate our participants' cooperation and understanding in moving to another breakout option if the room is full upon arrival.
Will food be served at the conference?
Yes! We will be serving continental breakfast daily from 7:30-7:55 a.m.; snacks will be served daily from 9-9:15 a.m. and 2-2:15 p.m.; and daily lunch will be provided from 12-1 p.m.
Daily dining is included with your paid registration to the ILE conference.

Where should we park?
Plenty of free parking is available in the Hilliard Bradley High School parking lot.
What if I have a question during the conference?
Conference volunteers will be located at the registration tables and throughout the halls of Hilliard Bradley High School. We will also post daily updates on video monitors and screens throughout the school.
Will presentation handouts be provided at the ILE conference?
The Innovative Learning Environments Conference will provide links to presenter materials. Please feel free to download all relevant materials and bring your laptop or tablet to the conference to access them electronically. Free wireless internet service will be provided for all attendees and presenters.
Will I be able to access the internet during the conference?
Yes. Free wireless internet service will be provided for all conference attendees and presenters throughout the duration of the conference. Bradley High School is now wireless building-wide. Visitors can access the wireless by connecting to HCSD-Public. No password is needed to connect to this wireless choice. After connecting to HCSD-Public, open a web browser and accept the user agreement.
I attended the conference. How do I print out my certificate of completion?
Emails will be sent to all attendees on Friday, August 9, 2013. Within the email is a link, enabling you to download your certificate of attendance as a PDF. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you encounter any difficulties downloading your certificate, or you did not receive an email.
I paid for my registration but am unable to attend the conference. What is your refund policy?
Conference refunds will be issued if registration is dropped by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2013. Conference registrations dropped after that time will be offered a full credit for the amount paid, payable toward the 2014 Innovative Learning Environments conference.
